I have been rummaging through hubby’s DVD collection during my 4 weeks breaks and so far I have managed to finish below movies in what-I-like-most order:
1. Saw 2
2. Lord of War
3. Donnie Darko
4. Cars (this is part of Mika’s collection)
5. Ice Age 2 (bro’s collection)
6. Narnia - the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (also bro’s collection)
7. Brainy Babies series (Pascal’s collection)
8. Teletubbies (Pascal’s collection)
I put Saw 2 as the best because the story was really mind boggling. I found it very rare that a sequel can be as good (if it’s not better) than the first one.
Lord of War, well…to be honest I was really not interested to watch this movie simply because I think that this is a guy movie. I mean, I am not a big fans of Nicholas Cage. But I do like Ethan Hawke though. So in one of my boring day, I decided to watch it and it captured my attention to the last. I almost forget lunch and when I did have it, it was 3 pm already!
Donnie Darko, which I just finished 15 minutes a go, still confuse me. Was everything a dream just like Mulholland Drive or was Donnie really time travel? I will try to search more about it later.
Cars is great. Period.
Ice Age 2 could keep Pascal quiet, so this is also recommended. So does Brainy Baby and Teletubbies.
And now if you excused me, I will go off line. I have hubby breathing down my neck to see how long have I been on line. In my home, PC is for working. Not for fun. ![]()

Hai hai… I love Cars and Donnie Darko… pengen nonton Saw tapi violent movies make me squeamish… udah lama banget ngga nonton ke bioskop, di Milan filmnya didubbing semua sih
Hi Yasmina, welcome in Cubic Room. Saw nggak terlalu sadis kok, tapi mungkin karena gue nontonnya di siang hari bolong dan volume tv-nya gue kecilin…hehehe…
